🔔 Notification Center
The Notification Center is the control panel dedicated to monitoring operations performed by the Pricelist Server on behalf of various clients. The module serves exclusively as a supervision and diagnostic tool, allowing the administrator to:
• verify the status of system operations,
• check the execution of automated processes,
• monitor the sending of email communications.
It represents a structured history of executed activities.
🏗️ Module Structure
The Notification Center is divided into two main sections:
1. VLO Register: Visual log of system operations (operational log)
2. Mail Server: Complete log of emails sent by the system
Both sections are accessible from the main menu of the Notification Center.
📘 VLO Log
The VLO Log displays in real-time the history of operations performed by the system, such as exports, automatic processing, and internal technical processes.
Type of content
The log includes operations such as:
• customer exports
• batch processes
• internal system activities
Displayed fields
• Title – description of the executed operation
• Status – progress status
• Message – textual detail of the operation
• Date / Time – execution moment
Possible statuses
• done – operation completed
• running – operation in progress
Operational characteristics
• The log is for consultation only
• It is not possible to delete any entry
• The log grows over time without automatic deletion
• It represents the complete history of operations performed by Pricelist Server
This section serves as the main point for verifying the status of active or completed processes.
📧 Mail Server
Log of emails sent by the system
This section displays the complete log of emails managed by Pricelist Server for various clients and modules.
Fixed legend:
• EXP – Export
• INV – Invite
• TRAD – Translation Mail
• NWU – New User
Displayed fields
• ID – unique identifier of the email
• Type – type of email
• From – sender
• To – recipient
• Language – communication language
• Status – delivery status
• Attempts – number of sending attempts
• Timestamp – date and time of the event
Possible statuses
• Sent – successfully sent
• Error – sending error
The Attempts field indicates the number of automatic retries performed by the SMTP server.
🔎 Search and Filter Functions
Available exclusively in the Mail Server section:
• Filter by email status
• Search by email address
• Targeted consultation for technical debugging
These tools serve purely informational purposes and facilitate the quick identification of delivery issues.
