🗂️ File Manager
The File Manager is the central module dedicated to the consultation, monitoring, and management of files generated and used by Pricelist Server. The system neatly stores files produced by import, export, and report generation processes, in addition to providing a dedicated archive (Vault) connected to CloudMounter storage. The module does not allow manual uploads in the operational sections (Reports, Imports, Exports), but offers structured access to logs and outputs automatically generated by the system.
🏗️ Module Structure
The File Manager is divided into four main sections:
1. Reports – archive of PDF reports generated by the system
2. Imports – archive of Excel files generated by import processes
3. Exports – archive of files produced by export processes
4. Vault – permanent archive connected to CloudMounter, with advanced management and sharing functions
Each section features ordered lists with informational columns such as file name, date, and size, along with available actions (view, download, delete).
📂 Reports
System Report Archive
This section exclusively contains PDFs automatically generated by the Pricelist Server following significant operations (imports, checks, scheduled processes, etc.).
Available Functions
• View the report (eye icon)
• Download the PDF (download icon)
Operational Use
The section functions as a repository for PDF logs, useful for tracking all activities performed by the system, along with their timings and any errors or warnings.
📥 Imports
Archive of files generated by import processes
Only Excel files automatically produced by the system during import procedures are saved here. The user cannot manually upload files and does not need to manage any active operations.

Operational use
The section functions as a history of import files, ready for use for verifications, validations, and activity reconstruction.
📤 Exports
Archive of files generated by export processes
This section remains empty until exports are executed from the modules that support them.

• All files are generated automatically
• No manual operations available
🔐 Vault
Permanent archive connected to CloudMounter The Vault is an integrated archive that allows managing files and folders like in a traditional file system. It is the only section of the File Manager that allows active operations by the user.
Available features • File upload • Creation of new folders • Deletion of files and folders • Download • Refresh list • Sharing in Pricelist Hub
Integration with Pricelist Hub The “Share in Pricelist Hub” button allows making files and folders from the Vault available to the AI chatbot integrated into customer websites. The Vault thus becomes the central point for uploading content accessible by the AI.
There are no restrictions: any format can be uploaded (PDF, images, ZIP, Excel, etc.)
🔎 General Operation of the File Manager
File Persistence
Files are not automatically deleted: they remain available as long as they are present in the system or deleted by the user (only in the Vault).
Traceability
The File Manager is designed to collect logs and outputs generated by the Pricelist Server, ensuring a complete history:
• Report → PDF log
• Imports → import files
• Exports → export files
• Vault → permanent archive managed by the user
Storage
All files are saved in the Pricelist server storage or in the space connected via CloudMounter (for the Vault).
