🔧 Customizations
The Customizations module gathers all functions developed specifically for a particular catalog. Each Pricelist Server catalog can include its own customizations, created based on the client’s operational needs or business workflows. The functions in this module are not shared with other catalogs and are visible only to users who have access to that catalog.
Customizations may include:
• special imports or exports with customized formats;
• specific control or update functions for business processes;
• synchronization tools with external software (ERP, PIM, CMS, etc.);
• dedicated price calculations or logic.
🧱 Module Access and Structure
From the Pricelist Server home, select the Customizations button.
Inside, the interface varies depending on the catalog and active functions.
Each project can include one or more customizations, identified by title and operational button.
Examples of possible configurations:
• a custom import module with specific controls or formats;
• a dedicated export module to generate files structured according to client specifications;
• a data processing or automated calculation function;
• a periodic update script.
💡 Management and Development
Customizations are designed and developed by the Pricelist Server team upon client request.
Each function is directly integrated into the reference catalog and can be updated or extended over time.
New customizations are released after verification and testing to ensure system compatibility and stability.
