The Preferences Module is the panel dedicated to advanced technical configuration of the catalog within the Pricelist Server. It is reserved for administrators and authorized users and allows the definition of structural parameters that regulate the behavior of modules connected to the catalog.
The settings in this module directly influence the operational functioning of the catalog and its integrations.

The module is organized into functional tabs, each dedicated to a specific configuration area:

β’ NOTE
Each tab contains configuration fields or system parameters, some of which are editable, while others are automatically generated by the backend and visible in read-only mode.
π¨οΈ Tab PRINT
Section dedicated to general settings useful for data processing for printing and catalog layout.
Main fields:
β’ CAMPI_LINGUA List of languages managed by the catalog, expressed in abbreviated format (e.g., IT, EN, FR, DE, HR, ES).
β’ COLONNE_PRICELIST Defines the number or structure of columns used in the price list.
β’ CUSTOM_FIELDS Field dedicated to defining any custom fields linked to the data structure of the price list.
β’ DEMO_FLAG Indicator that identifies if the catalog operates in demo mode.
β’ DESINENZA_CAMPO_DESCRIZIONI Suffix used for descriptive fields, useful for managing dynamic multilingual descriptions.
Each section is equipped with a Save button to apply the changes made.
βοΈ PIA Tab
Contains specific technical parameters for the PIA module. Among these is also included:
β’ initial_system_prompt (read-only)
This is the initial system prompt automatically generated by the backend, used to define the behavior of the AI assistant connected to the catalog. This field is informational and cannot be directly modified from the interface.
π Tab TRADUTRON
Section dedicated to specific configurations of the Tradutron service.
Main fields:
β’ tradutron_main_language (read-only) Main language set for the translation system.
β’ tradutron_system_prompt (read-only) Technical prompt defining the operational guidelines of the Tradutron AI.
β’ tradutron_rule_n (read-only) Technical prompt defining the preset translation rules.
These parameters are automatically managed by the system and serve as diagnostic and operational references.
ποΈ VAULT Tab
Configure sharing settings and data path linked to the Vault.
Main field:
β’ VAULT_HUB_SHARE List of shared paths used by the Vault for managing files linked to the catalog.
Changes in this section directly affect the management of shared folders in the File Manager.
π Tab PLIST_WP
Area dedicated to WordPress integration with the Pricelist Server catalog.
Main field:
β’ WP_MASTER_CONFIG (read-only)
JSON structure containing connection and configuration parameters, including:
β’ catalog ID
β’ REST key
β’ default language
β’ available languages
β’ reference tables
β’ pricing configurations
This field is generated by the backend and serves purely informational purposes.
π€ Tab PLIST_AI
Section dedicated to the advanced settings of the connection between AI and catalog. Contains technical parameters necessary for the proper functioning of AI features related to pricing data. The values are system-generated and available for verification and control.
π Tab NOTE
Section dedicated to the Pricelist Note module. This tab is purely informational and structural and will be used to:
β’ archive operational notes linked to the catalog;
β’ manage supporting textual content;
β’ integrate additional information for external systems and modules.

The Preferences module is a critical and structural panel. Changes made:
β’ directly impact the behavior of the catalog;
β’ influence AI modules and external integrations;
β’ must be managed exclusively by authorized personnel.
